At EADE, we are deeply committed to the preservation and restoration of ancient and historic buildings, including invaluable cultural and religious sites such as mosques and churches. Our dedication to this cause became especially pronounced in the aftermath of significant damage inflicted upon these historical treasures in Nineveh by ISIL.
Our team of experienced consultant engineers played a pivotal role in overseeing a noteworthy project—the modification and restoration of the Assyrian Nineveh fence. This project was executed in collaboration with the Directorate of Heritage Remains in Nineveh Governorate and took place in September 2013.
Through our efforts, we aim to safeguard the rich heritage of our region, ensuring that these architectural and cultural gems continue to stand as testaments to our shared history and values.
EADE’s postgraduate engineers have also made significant contributions through the submission of numerous cultural and architectural studies. These studies were instrumental in guiding the development and preservation efforts directed towards the ancient houses of old Mosul during the years 2013 and 2014.
