معرض الجمعية الهندسية في مؤتمر المناخ في دبي (كوب 28)
من ضمن اسهامات الجمعية الهندسية للتطوير و البيئة في قمة المناخ كوب 28 المقام حالياً في دبي هو اقامة معرض لنشاطات الجمعية في المنطقة الزرقاء في البوث رقم 48 و يعتبر هذا المعرض الوحيد الذي يعرض نشاطات منظمات المجتمع المدني العراقية و للسنة الثانية على التوالي بعد مؤتمر المناخ في شرم الشيخ للعام الماضي.
و تم عرض بوسترات و فديوات تمثل انجازات المنظمة في مجال البيئة و العمل لمواجهة التغيرات المناخية اضافة الى عرض المشاريع الفائزة و المرشحة في مؤتمر ECO-Innovators الذي تم تنظيمه في محافظة نينوى قبل مؤتمر المناخ و الذي شاركت فيه عدد من الجامعات و المدارس و الافراد في مجال الاستدامة و العمل المناخي بضمنها الرسم , الاعمال اليدوية, التصميم الكرافيك, التصوير, صناعة الفديو, الابتكارات التكنلوجية المستدامة و التصميم المعماري المستدام.
ويأتي المعرض دعماً لجهود المنظمات غير الحكومية لحماية البيئة محليا وفي دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. فيما يتعلق بالجهود المبذولة تجاه الأطفال و الشباب من خلال التدريب والتوعية العامة و الجهود المتعلقة بالحد من مخاطر الكوارث واللوائح والقوانين. وحماية التنوع البيولوجي.
EADE Exhibition at the Climate Conference (COP28) in Dubai:
Among the contributions of the Engineering Association for Development and Environment-EADE to the COP 28 climate summit currently being held in Dubai is the organizing of an exhibition of the EADE’s activities in the Blue Zone in Booth No. 48.
This is the only exhibition that displays the activities of Iraqi civil society organizations for the second year after the climate conference COP27 in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt in 2022.
Posters and videos representing the EADE’s achievements in the field of the environment and climate action were displayed, in addition to displaying the winning and nominated projects at the ECO-Innovators conference, which was organized in Nineveh Governorate before the climate conference, in which a number of universities, schools, and individuals participated in the field of sustainability and climate action, including drawing, handicrafts, graphic design, photography, video making, sustainable technological innovations, and sustainable architectural design.
The exhibition id organized to support the efforts of NGO to protect the environment locally and in the GCC. efforts towards children and YOUTH by training and public awareness, and efforts regarding DRR, REGULATIONS AND LAWS. In addition to and protect biodiversity.
