اقيمت الورشة التي نظمها قسم البعثات و العلاقات الثقافية في جامعة الموصل برعاية السيد رئيس الجامعة بالتعاون مع جامعة Tessside البريطانية
,و بدعم من المجلس الثقافي البريطاني و بمشاركة كليات الهندسة و العلوم و مركز بحوث البيئة و ذلك على قاعة المنتدى العلمي و الادبي في جامعة الموصل في يوم الاحد الموافق 10/3/2024
و يذكر ان الجمعية الهندسية للتطوير و البيئة ستكون الجهة المشاركة في المشروع و المتعاقدة كطرف ثالث لتنفيذ نشاطات هذا المشروع مع جامعة الموصل و يشمل تدريب الطلاب و نقل المعرفة و حملات توعية و جولات تعليمية و اعداد سياسات و تدريبات مهنية و بناء قدرات في مجال تطبيقات الطاقة الشمسية و تخفيض انبعاثات الغازات الدفيئة للوصول الى مصادر طاقة نظيفة مستدامة
A delegation from the Engineering Association for Development and Environment-EADE attended the project launch workshop of :
-Solar Energy for a Decarbonised Future Knowledge Transfer for Environmental Education and Awareness (SolAware)-
The workshop, organized by the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations at the University of Mosul, was held under the patronage of the President of the University, in cooperation with the British University of Tessside, with the support of the British Council, and with the participation of the Faculties of Engineering and Science and the Environmental Research Center, in the Scientific and Literary Forum Hall at the University of Mosul in on Sunday, 3/10/2024
Knowing that EADE will be the project participant and will sign the contract as third party participant to implement the activities of this project with the University of Mosul, which includes training students, transferring knowledge, awareness campaigns, educational outreach, policy advocacy, vocational training, and building capabilities in the field of solar energy applications and reducing greenhouse gas emissions to achieve clean, sustainable energy resources.
